Camano Action for a Rural Environmentwill meet on Thursday May 19 at 7 pm at the Camano MultiPurpose Room at 141 East Camano Drive. The meeting will be discussing results from the April 21 and May 12 hearings on the 84 unit development at Maple Grove. The continued public hearing is at 10 am May 12 in Coupeville, but available by telecast at the Camano Annex. We urge all CARE members and concerned residents to attend the hearing. The County, Maple Grove Community Committee (MGCC) and Dr. Anderson's experts will describe the ammendments to the proposal requested by the Hearing Examiner at the last meeting. MGCC will have an opportunity for rebuttal to the developer and County's portion of the hearing.
