C.A.R.E. is pleased to announce our second annual fundraiser, A Taste of Camano,  will be held

Saturday, February 27, 2010 between 6:00 PM-9:00 PM

Camano Community and Senior Center

606 Arrowhead Rd.

Camano Island, WA.

 

Chef Greg McCammond will be back again this year, and both Taylor Shellfish oysters and Penn Cove mussels will be featured, as well as various tastings, including chocolates, artisan cheeses and local produce. The wineries list includes Mt. Baker Vineyards, Dusty Cellars, Whidbey Island winery, Naches Heights Vineyard. Diamond Knot brewery, which has a local restaurant on Camano will be pouring beer as well. Several Chefs, including Camano Island Waterfront Inn’s chef Greg McCammond, will show their culinary skills. Meet the winemakers, cheese makers, and the chefs. Please see www.tasteofcamano.org

 

Tickets are $50 per person and may be purchased by calling Tammy, 360 387-3356 or Joan at 360 387-9589. Proceeds will benefit the continuation of C.A.R.E.'s efforts.
